- Broke altitude record for autogrios* at 15,000 feet and then broke own record by going to 18,415 feet on same day, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, April 1931
- First woman to solo Atlantic and first person to cross Atlantic by aur twice, May 1932
- Women's nonstop transcontinental speed record, Los Angeles, california, to Newark, New Jersey, August 1932
- Broke own 1931 transcontinental speed record, July 1931
- First Person to fly Hawaii to California, first person to solo anywhere in the Pacific, and first person to solo over both Atlantic and Pacific oceans, January 1935
- First person to solo from Los Angeles, California to Mexico City, Mexico, April 1935
